WRA 4 RUN 10
Wed, 28 Oct 09 16:26
Having waited out at speed spot since 1pm, they are now putting the rig up at the top of the course. The wind is still quite variable, from 18-26 knots but they are ready to go as soon as the wind plays ball! We will update again when the run is over.
RUN 10 Complete
Submitted by Helena on Wed, 10/28/2009 - 16:54.It was a very good solid run, nice flat course, pod flying beautifully. Not enough wind though, about 22 knots average. The GT-11 has shown a top speed of 50.55 and a 500m average of 47.15 knots.
They are now taking the rig down and will return to the top of the course for another run. We have time for one more run before sunset. Fingers crossed the wind gives us that little more we need.
